Regulations on Divorce Detectives in Madrid

The regulations of the private detective are regulated by the current Private Security Law 5/2014 of April 4 that defines the functions and competences of this professional figure.

The law of Private Security grants the following functions to the private detective at the request of a natural or legal person:
- Investigation and obtaining evidence on facts or private conduct.
- Surveillance at fairs, hotels, exhibitions, and places of public attendance.
- The investigation of prosecutable private crimes only at the request of a party by one of the parties involved in the criminal process.

The hiring of a divorce detective has been in recent years a highly demanded social reality. Faced with this need, Detectives Madrid Divorcios was born. We are a specialized cabinet that is dedicated exclusively to investigate issues related to divorces.

The only person capable of investigating such matters legally in Spain is the legally authorized private detective.

It is worth remembering the saying that cheap is sometimes expensive. Keep in mind that there are many people who advertise as a private detective and it really isn't. These types of characters called intruders are found in advertising portals such as Milanuncios, in newspapers, on bulletin boards, etc. Normally the way in which these individuals are identified is due to the low cost or price that they promise to perform. If you meet someone with these characteristics, do not hesitate and report it to the Central Private Security Unit.

The private detective is thus configured as A PROFESSIONAL RECOGNIZED BY LAW, in which he is granted private investigative powers exclusively and that requires the possession of an OFFICIAL LICENSE granted by the Ministry of Interior. To obtain such a license, a series of enforceable requirements is required. Among them is the passing of an approved 3-year university academic course. The lack of criminal records and the condition of a series of psychophysical attitudes.
